We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. As a bidder, you will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and winning contracts related to website development, mobile app development, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant projects on Upwork in the areas of web development, mobile app development, and design.
  • Write persuasive and tailored proposals that highlight our company's strengths and experience.
  • Manage and track all proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate project scope, timelines, and budgets are communicated.
  • Maintain a high response rate and win ratio on bids.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bidder on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, and design services.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's bidding system, rules, and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids at once.
  • Prior experience with agencies offering development services is a plus.
