- To make Job audit of ASP’s and technician’s jobs and make sure necessary warranty documents and other attachment in CRM Application.
- To make sure correct data feeding in CRM Application regarding Complaints and installation.
- Share reports as per job audit results to supervisor and make sure the error free data feeding.
- To ensure the error free DATA feeding with correct model # correct serial # correct fault description, correct diagnosis, correct fault rectification, correct parts replacement & correct remarks on job card as well as in CRM (Mob App).
- To check and report to supervisor regarding survey results/ reward and punishment SOP.
- Visit to ASP’s if necessary for training / support.
- To Perform the Specific Task on time, assigned by manager.
- To ensure the Monthly technician incentive and ASPs Warranty Claim Bills are prepared as per job audit / survey reports.
