• To collect all respective complaints from Supervisor (Mobile app), after attending & completing, submit each single complaint job card to the Supervisor on daily basis.
  • To submit all faulty / replaced parts to store on daily basis with complaints # and fault details.
  • To deposit the collection of home attending charges and other repairing to Admin /Finance Officer/ supervisor.
  • Before visiting the customer for attending and resolution of complaint, the Service Technician must contact to the concerned customer, understand about his home address, where the product is available for repairing, and fault details and tentative parts required. The timing of load shading & timing of complaint attending should also be confirmed before going to customer and set the rout of complaint accordingly.
  • To learn about the product functions, parts, faults, fault diagnosis & fault rectifications through discussion with supervisor daily basis.
  • To visit & collect any new or pending complaint from the local area city / town market dealers, Flagship, Metro or Hyper Star Stores on daily or alternate days basis and to resolve all such complaints within 24 hours, Part require or PNA (parts not available) complaints can be solve according to parts availability, if this delay is from main store side against your part demanded in system evidence.
  • All field complaints and home service complaints will be attended and completed by TCL Technician and if any unit is not repairable by Technician due to any reason, which will be forwarded to Service Center with Fail to repair job close in system for detail repair purpose.
  • For any show room dented/ damage units, you will send the dents/damage detail report along with pictures, model number and serial number to the Supervisor for inspection report creation, as we will not replace any product due to any dents/damage.
  • TCL Technician is not authorized to give any comments or ask for replacement of any Product, he can inform about the case to Service Manager /Supervisor for action or further solution on the issue.
