We are looking for a motivated and experienced POS Machine Merchant Acquiring Officer to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in POS merchant acquiring and a strong background in sales support and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to sales teams and merchants.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in acquiring new merchants and expanding the business.
- Ensure smooth and efficient processing of POS transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in POS merchant acquiring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
