Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop engaging 3D animation videos tailored for learning and entertainment purposes.

2. Independently manage all aspects of the animation process from storyboard creation to final rendering.

3. Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts, and ensure content aligns with educational objectives.

4. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our projects.

6. Meet project deadlines and production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine or Cinema 4D.

2. Strong artistic and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

3. Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

5. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback.

6. Previous experience in creating content media or educational platforms is a plus.
