At Talent Ocean, we are currently seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our Team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and establishing critical executive relationships within prospective client companies across North America, South America, and Europe, particularly in the IT sector. The primary aim is to drive new business opportunities, leveraging both existing relationships and cultivating new ones.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue: Generate sales revenue by selling Talent Ocean's specialized IT Staffing Services.
Prospecting: Actively seek new clients through various direct methods like calling, virtual meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
Consultative Approach: Offer value-added consultation to prospective clients.
Client Relationships: Serve as the single point of contact for client executives, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships.
Cross-Geographic Reach: Engage with large and medium-sized companies in multiple geographic regions, especially in North America, South America, and Europe.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies for new accounts and deepen relationships within existing accounts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Ocean's internal Recruitment and Operations teams to provide integrated services to clients.
