We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective client communication, and proficiency in various project management tools. Previous experience in a marketing agency and knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing, paid media, SEO, design, and web development are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Project Management Tools: Utilize tools like ClickUp, Asana, and Monday.com to manage and track project progress.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, ensuring all projects are on track and deadlines are met.
Multi-tasking: Efficiently handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are executed to perfection.
Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are up to date.
Note Taking and Transcription: Take detailed notes during meetings, transcribe conversations accurately, and distribute meeting minutes promptly.
Personal Organization: Be highly organized in personal life, reflecting an ability to bring the same discipline to the workplace.
Fluent English: Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
Professional Email Writing: Craft professional emails without the aid of AI tools like ChatGPT.
Tickets Management: Handle tickets and manage client and team interactions through management software efficiently.
Innovation: Develop and implement new organizational tools and strategies within the company.
Marketing Agency Experience: Previous experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Be familiar with eCommerce, digital marketing, paid media, SEO, design, and web development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent skills.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing agency.
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, and Monday.com.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take accurate notes.
Demonstrated ability to handle tickets and manage client and team interactions effectively.
Innovative mindset with the ability to develop and implement new organizational strategies.
