The Planning Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as planning, production planning, project control, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure effective communication and project success.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for End-to-End departmental functions.
To assign the task on daily and weekly basis after looking at the work load at hand.
Daily and weekly basis monitoring of Existing job issued.
Accompanying client during his visit to super high way yard for in stage inspection of portable cabins.
Clarification session with marketing specially related to export order along with manufacturing to smoothen procurement.
Removal of ambiguity in executions from manufacturing, specification and quality related issues.
Review of Plans for the camp required by Marketing along with the team.
Supervision of all the projects with association of respective Planning Engineer.
To assess the camp along with maintenance for the replacement of portable cabins if required on existing locations.
Sharing of complaints with the Maintenance department after hook up for the counter action to rectify the same, and to share the complaint in order to minimize the complaints.
Sharing and supporting maintenance for hook up activity planning by sharing of proper layout from client via marketing.
Development of process flow pertaining to critical areas of conflicts to avoid ambiguity.
Clarification of products in case there is any ambiguity pertaining to specification of demanded items.
Monitoring of the execution of Jobs and paying surprise visits of manufacturing facilities, stack yard.
To look after the Workshops and their related issues.

Qualification

Graduate, B.E (Industrial or Mechanical)

Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience preferable in Engineering Planning.
