We are looking for a skilled & proactive Assistant Officer Records. The ideal candidate shall be responsible, reliable and willing to contribute to make SZABIST a better place to work. He/She should be highly efficient, organized and approachable.

The Job Description for the position is as under;

Proofreading of drafts of final transcripts and pass certificates, verify the contents and ensure that there is no error in the draft.
To complete student files during the clearance process, e.g. semester progress, meeting record, comprehensive result & GAT/DAT/HAT.
To prepare final transcript folder for the Head of Campus, including ZABDESK clearance, printing of data sheet, checklists, folder stickers, last degree, transcript & stamping of comprehensive/ internship certificates etc
Preparation of packets of final transcripts for Head Office (which includes covering letter & check list of attached documents)
Ensures that the records of graduated students are updated, filed, & properly maintained.
Scanning of all recap sheets after closure of the semester.
Filing of all recap sheets & their photocopies in their respective programs.
Filing of meeting record form, thesis and results in respective program folders.
Filing of semester wise comprehensive Exam results & maintain its scanned copies.
To attach change of grade forms with respective recap sheets and place a copy in students’ personal file through Admissions Department
Actively participation in convocation related activities.
Handles students’ queries related to Records Office such as transcripts, provisional transcripts and other related issues.
