The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand's presence in the textile industry. With at least three years of experience in marketing, the candidate should have a strong background in communication, project management, market research, and email marketing. This position will manage a small team of two individuals, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative environment and drive innovative marketing initiatives. Additionally, familiarity with textile products and terminologies will be essential for successfully reaching and engaging our target audience and understanding market trends and customer needs.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights within the textile industry.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales.
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to build strong relationships and gather feedback for product improvement.
Manage and provide support to a team of two marketing professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and product development.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and market analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the companys products and network with potential customers and partners.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve overall effectiveness.
