The Human Resource Manager is responsible for promoting a company culture that fosters fairness and transparency and facilitates positive employee relations while strategizing to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates that align with the companys goals and culture.
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives to address workforce needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that recognize employee contributions and help to retain top talent.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain organized records of candidates and hires.
  • Perform effective interviewing techniques to evaluate prospective candidates and ensure the best fit for job openings.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the HR team, focusing on updates in HR policies, interviewing skills, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement performance management systems that support employee growth and align with organizational objectives.
  • Promote a healthy workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and regularly update policies to reflect these changes.
  • Manage and mentor a collaborative HR team of 10 persons, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
