Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates that align with the companys goals and culture.
Oversee employee relations initiatives to address workforce needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that recognize employee contributions and help to retain top talent.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain organized records of candidates and hires.
Perform effective interviewing techniques to evaluate prospective candidates and ensure the best fit for job openings.
Conduct regular training sessions for the HR team, focusing on updates in HR policies, interviewing skills, and compliance with labor laws.
Monitor employee performance and implement performance management systems that support employee growth and align with organizational objectives.
Promote a healthy workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and regularly update policies to reflect these changes.
