We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Support Representative to provide first-level support for our LMS users. This part-time role requires excellent written English skills and the ability to effectively communicate user issues to our development team. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high-quality written communication with users.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
Collaborate with the development team to relay user feedback and contribute to platform enhancements.
Keep detailed records of user interactions and resolutions.
Stay updated on LMS features and updates to offer accurate support.
Help create support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in customer support, ideally in a tech or e-learning environment.
Basic knowledge of LMS platforms and technical troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A foundational understanding of software development is advantageous.
