Computer Vision Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement computer vision algorithms and models for image and video analysis.
Design and optimize deep learning architectures for object detection, recognition, segmentation, and tracking.
Collect, preprocess, and annotate large datasets for training and validation purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Evaluate and benchmark existing computer vision models and algorithms, and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computer vision and machine learning research.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Assist in deploying computer vision solutions in production environments.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise in the development and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in computer vision and machine learning.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Proficiency in computer vision libraries and tools (OpenCV, Dlib, etc.).
Solid understanding of image processing techniques and algorithms.
Familiarity with GPU programming and parallel computing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on challenging projects independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Previous experience with deployment of computer vision models in production is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
