As an Accountant (Accounts Payable) at SYEDBROTHER\'S, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations by overseeing the accounts payable processes. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and contribute to the financial integrity of the company.

Responsibilitie:
Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices, verifying their accuracy and completeness.
Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payments to vendors, ensuring they are made in accordance with payment terms.
Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all accounts are accurately balanced.
Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for auditing.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable, contributing to the financial analysis of the company.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 Years Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent, to efficiently manage accounts payable processes.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate invoice processing and payment management.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain records effectively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
