We are currently hiring CSR for our organization. Your responsibilities include:

Sales Operations:

Communication and Coordination:

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Provide drivers with necessary information, such as routes, traffic conditions, and delivery instructions.
Address any issues or delays that arise during transportation and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

Route Planning and Optimization:

Plan efficient routes for drivers to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption and vehicle wear and tear.
Utilize routing software or GPS systems to identify the most cost-effective and time-efficient routes.
Adjust routes in real-time based on changing circumstances, such as traffic congestion or road closures.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver assignments, load details, and delivery times.
Generate reports on key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and driver productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding documentation and reporting.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, scheduling changes, and other inquiries.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and work to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Emergency Response and Problem-Solving:

Respond to emergencies or unforeseen events, such as accidents or breakdowns, by coordinating alternative transportation solutions or assistance for drivers.
Troubleshoot logistical challenges and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
