We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Virtual Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage multiple professional and social media profiles.
- Develop multiple resumes and cover letters.
- Conduct job searches using multiple online job portals.
- Assist in company-related matters.
- Prepare and manage online business pages.
- Facilitate purchases on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with visa procedures and business incubators.
- Develop business plans for different ventures.
- Handle social media account activities.
- Collect data for websites and photos.
- Research upcoming tasks and projects.
- Maintain constant online communication, considering time zone differences.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of various online tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Eligibility:
- Research experience.
- Either a Master's or PhD student, or a Master's graduate with research experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided.
