You will be responsible for managing a range of tasks related to IT infrastructure and social media platforms. Your primary duties will revolve around ensuring smooth IT operations and leveraging social media to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Responsibilities:
IT Management:
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems including networking, hardware, and software.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software as needed.
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary measures to ensure data protection.
- Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with external IT service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the auto showroom's brand and products.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to optimize our online presence.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align IT and social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content for social media.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on IT tools and social media best practices as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Prefered)
- Proven experience in IT management, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends (preferred but not required).
