We are seeking a Skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in solar energy systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solar PV projects for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering for solar PV projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial scales.
Conduct site surveys for solar capacity analysis, shadow analysis, and system designing.
Prepare comprehensive system designs, including PV layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), bills of materials (BOM), and 2D/3D project modeling.
Develop structure fabrication drawings and perform AC/DC cable sizing, earthing calculations, and string configurations.
Generate detailed PV system reports and provide accurate string configurations.
Review solar tender technical specifications and extract BOM for project design and costing.
Perform simulations using tools like PVsyst, SketchUp, and HelioScope for system design and performance modeling.
Collaboratively work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in solar system design and engineering.

Certifications:

Electrical Supervisor Certificate
Electrical Contractor License
Electrical Inspection Certificate
Government-approved certification in electrical engineering

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating solar system layouts and engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience in designing On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar systems, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform complex engineering calculations and simulations.
Software Knowledge: Expertise in PVsyst, SketchUp, and HelioScope for simulation and modeling.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Mobility: Willingness to travel to other cities for project execution.
