We are looking for an Office Representative for one of our offices located in Multan - Pakistan.

Responsibilities Include:

The ideal candidate must have a Good Personality
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals
Ensure follow up with answers, responses and written replies
Organize files, answer phone calls
Proficient in ENGLISH reading and letter writing
Must be punctual/hardworking and knowledge of general office procedures
Qualification minimum BA / Equivalent
Candidates having B.E./BS Engg./BS IT/MS IT/MBA/ BBA /B.Com/M.Com are highly encouraged to apply
Fresh Candidates or those awaiting Degree will be preferred
