Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our clothing brand team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing production operations in a clothing brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage the production process, from sourcing raw materials to finished goods.
Develop and execute production plans, ensuring that products are manufactured on time and within budget.
Supervise and manage production staff, providing training and support as needed.
Collaborate with designers and suppliers to ensure that products meet quality standards and design specifications.
Monitor production costs and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Maintain production schedules and ensure that products are delivered on time to customers.
Handle customer complaints related to production and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in production management in a clothing brand, with a proven track record of managing production operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of production management software and systems.
