Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, item locations, and tagging.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Organize and store materials and equipment in a manner that optimizes space utilization and accessibility.
- Ensure that all items are stored in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective storage solutions to protect items from damage and deterioration.
- Process and fulfill internal requests for materials and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Maintenance of Daily log book – Check in/out.
- Prepare and maintain records of issued items and track their usage.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that required supplies are available and delivered as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and stock movements.
- Ensure that all equipment is used safely and is in good working condition.
- Any other assignment given by the Line Manager.
