Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
Create engaging content for various digital channels
Support brand development and awareness by developing and implementing short and long-term strategies across social media and other marketing collateral
Actively participate in the curation, making and execution of all social media video content
Creating, writing and scheduling engaging social media posts, analyzing results and presenting insights.
Collaborating with design team and curating digital content in line with brand identity and target audience.
Actively monitoring trends and content on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with the team and strategize marketing plans
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.
Managing day to day marketing operations
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration in marketing activities

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Fresh to 3 years of marketing/social media management experience
Willingness to make camera-facing content for the company
Graphic designing and video editing skills will be highly preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
