The Admin Officer (Visas and Migration) will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day client engagement, follow-ups, and visa applications. This role is accountable for accurate visa applications and lodgments as directed by the management on behalf of clients, requirement strong communication, document management and client management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day inquiries, document collection, and visa applications.
  • Prepare accurate visa applications by gathering correct information and documents from clients.
  • Be responsible for following up with clients in case of incorrect/insufficient information in order to prepare correct applications.
  • Carry out legal research using available sources when unclear about certain aspects of an application or case.
  • Carry out ­general clerical duties, such as collecting, scanning, and electronic filing of clients’ documents.
  • Ensure client spreadsheets and information records are kept up-to-date and accurate by maintaining client folders based on the organization’s compliance standards.
  • Liaise with clients over the phone, email, and in-person, assist with their inquiries and provide updates on their applications as directed by management.
  • Maintain a quick and consistent Turn Around Time (TAT) in terms of responding to clients’ emails as well as managing and drafting responses.
  • Build a strong referral pipeline and increase client retention by ensuring good after-sales service engagement and encouraging service feedback.
  • Collaborate with extended team on tasks and assignments across various business functions as required

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience will be highly preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of job experience
  • Excellent document management skills
  • Excellent client management abilities
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
