Mapping of the UC, Villages to identify and collect data of GBV cases.
Interact with community for the ground activities
Act as community focal person for psychosocial support to flood-affected population
Responsible for sensitization, realization and organizing communities for the identification of extremely vulnerable individuals
Provide support to area identification and community engagement to install Safe Space at village Level
Organize medical camps at village level with active community engagement and close coordination of Health, Population Welfare Department, and other stakeholders
Maintain coordination with local BHUs, RHCs and other facilities
Ensure daily attendance of women and children at safe space
Assist GBV Expert in stakeholders’ coordination at district level
Continuous engagement with all stakeholders, in particular women and Children for Psycho-Social Activities.
Conduct Focus Group Discussion(FDG)s
Assist Project team in capacity building sessions.
Record keeping and maintaining activities on track with the work plan
Must possesses strong reporting and communication skills.
Must be fluent in Urdu and local languages.
Facilitate WASH officer teams and donors during monitoring visits
Must possesses strong knowledge of area and its economic environment/opportunities.
Excellent Knowledge of Gender Based violence ( GBV)
Support Supervisor for the management of the GBV cases.
Support Supervisor for the referral of GBV cases

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

Experience of working with NGO/ Public Sector Organizations, particularly business sector organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good linkages with public and private sector Organizations
Good interpersonal skills
Sensitive to organization values and principles
Skills in English and Urdu, including effective presentation skills
Proficient in MS-Office, email communication
