The Community Mobilizers will play a key role in engaging local communities, raising awareness about menstrual hygiene and sanitation, and encouraging participation in project activities. The role involves organizing community meetings, building relationships with community members, and supporting the successful implementation of menstrual hygiene awareness sessions and skills training for women and girls. This position will serve as a bridge between the project team and the target communities, ensuring that activities are culturally sensitive, inclusive, and effective in addressing local needs.
