The job description for a Business Support Assistant in Accounting and Finance with 4 years of experience in construction and dental practices project financial investment and deal analysis experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing company budgets
Dealing with the NEDs and Assisting Senior Managers
Building and assessing financial reports
Managing a business' payroll processes
Collecting information, performing research, and analyzing assets such as stocks, bonds, currencies, and commodities
Making sure all the facts are in place when investment decisions are made
Presenting oral or written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and investment programs
Updating financial statements and sustaining accounts
Managing financial accounts
Assisting in the preparation of accounts
Raising, sending, and paying invoices
Reconciling company accounts and chasing late payments
Analyzing Financial Statements by the vendor for investing purposes for example (EBITDA) Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization and other financial criterias
Qualifications:
