We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Chat Agent to join our team and support our UK and US clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with UK and US clients via chat to provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and exceed their expectations.
- Generate leads and actively promote products/services to increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Chat Agent or in a customer service role preferred.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate UK and US time zones.(Night shift)
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: PKR30,000 - PKR65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission structure based on sales performance.
