We are seeking a highly skilled PHP / WordPress Developer . This is a regular, full-time position that requires daily reporting on progress and tasks. The role focuses primarily on PHP coding and custom plugin development for WordPress, with around 90% of the work involving PHP-based WordPress development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience developing custom WordPress plugins and WooCommerce solutions to ensure high-quality performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Plugin Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress and WooCommerce plugins tailored to specific business requirements, focusing on PHP.
WooCommerce Customization: Implement, customize, and optimize WooCommerce functionality to enhance eCommerce platform performance.
PHP Development: Handle advanced PHP coding for various WordPress-related features, customizations, and integrations.
Custom WooCommerce Plugins: Build custom WooCommerce plugins to extend or modify the platform’s core functionality.
Theme Customization: Modify WordPress themes and templates to meet design and functionality needs.
Beaver Builder Expertise: Work with Beaver Builder to create responsive, high-quality landing pages and templates.
Front-end Integration: Use CSS and jQuery to enhance site performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
Performance Optimization: Ensure website speed, performance, and compatibility across multiple devices and browsers.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve issues related to plugin conflicts, eCommerce errors, and security vulnerabilities.
Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports on task progress and any challenges faced.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom code and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in PHP development with a strong focus on custom WordPress plugin and WooCommerce plugin development.
Expertise in WooCommerce and hands-on experience in developing custom WooCommerce functionalities.
Strong proficiency in PHP and knowledge of advanced coding techniques for WordPress.
Hands-on experience with Beaver Builder for page creation and customization.
Expertise in CSS and jQuery for front-end development.
Familiarity with WordPress best practices and coding standards.
Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and MySQL is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SEO and optimization techniques for WooCommerce stores.
Knowledge of WordPress security, WooCommerce performance optimization, and eCommerce best practices.
Experience integrating third-party APIs with WooCommerce.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
