Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to promote Star Land's projects, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
2. Oversee all digital media channels including social media platforms, website, email marketing, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
3. Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
4. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure digital initiatives support overall business goals.
7. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.

Qualifications:
