You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our websites, implementing automation solutions, improving site performance. Additionally, you will assist with occasional design work and ensure smooth operations across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & Maintenance:

Optimize website speed and performance, ensuring fast loading times and seamless user experiences.
Implement and manage website automation processes (e.g., lead capture, form submissions, API integrations).
Ensure websites are regularly updated, secure, and running smoothly.

Design Work:

Support the team with basic design work as needed (e.g., website banners, social media graphics).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand's aesthetics.

Project Coordination & Social Media Management:

Manage small projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Communicate effectively with the team, providing regular updates on task progress.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
Experience with website speed optimization and performance tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights).
Familiarity with automation tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, APIs).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience in web development, automation, or a similar technical role.
Prior experience in handling general admin tasks, especially in a remote work environment, is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
