- Review data files and conduct basic data cleaning.
- Assist in the management of data analyses, as required
- Assist in the preparation of historical data to understand patterns
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Responding to requests for data and information as needed
- Verify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data and maintain data confidentiality and security
- To support business development and business developers in daily tasks assigned
- Perform data quality checks to identify and correct errors
Qualification and Skills:
- 1 year and above of proven experience of Data entry and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Advanced Conditional Formatting, Macros etc.) and other related software’s like Google Sheets.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Good typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem Solving and logic building
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to work quickly but with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- English written and spoken communication skills
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadliness self-organized with the ability to plan ahead Punctual and organized
