Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handling sales inquiries and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Client Hunting:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Utilize sales and lead generation strategies to acquire new customers.

Engage and inform our target audience:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.

Data Analysis:

Analyze customer interactions and social media engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support and social media strategies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer support efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus.
