We are seeking a results-driven Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through live chat, providing them with tailored product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and follow up on campaigns.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better serve customers and enhance sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on persuasive and empathetic dialogue.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue
