SPADO, Pakistan is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Finance Officer for Islamabad Office

Job Description

Processing of vendor payments including of rent, utilities, share based payments etc on timely basis
Prepare cash reconciliation on daily basis and record receipt vouchers on timely basis
Processing petty cash
Processing daily wager payments & coordinate with regional staff
Recording of accrual and provision at month end closing
Any other task assigned by Management
Ensure accurate tax deductions from all the payments being made in line with the tax rules and related guidelines issued by FBR
Timely resolving of supervisor queries in payment authorization
Responsible for monthly cash count and compliance check exercise
Timely manage to get payments signed by signatories as per authority matrix
Ensure timely processing of online payments through bank portals
Ensure daily ticking and recording of transactions of major bank accounts
Ensure proper filling of vouchers
Responsible for the professional coordination with other finance staff and other departments of SPADO according to internal processes and to ensure the highest quality of integrity and processes within the Finance team

Education, Experience & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2-3 years relevant experience
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Highly proficient in word processing, spread sheets, and presentation applications and incline towards working in a technology-driven environment
