Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Design: Create visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, promotional materials, and more.

2. Conceptualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and marketing campaigns.

3. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding elements, typography, color schemes, and imagery across all marketing collateral, maintaining brand identity and integrity.

4. Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5. Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about design trends, techniques, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for skill development and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on visual storytelling and brand communication.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
