Responsibilities

Design and develop instrumentation systems to meet project requirements and specifications.
Conduct thorough analyses of existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Program and configure PLCs to ensure seamless integration with instrumentation networks.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems in the field.
Manage a team of 20 engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project timelines, scopes, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all phases of instrumentation projects.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing technical support.
Document all engineering processes and maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve engineering practices.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical expertise and team performance.
