UX / UI Designer

A UI Designer at Softintex Studio runs small to mid-sized projects for SaaS, Websites & Apps with the collaboration of the Creative Director. UI Designers are responsible for the quality and creativity of their projects. They collaborate with colleagues, work directly with clients at times, and stay on track with budget and timeline.

You’re a very good designer. (But you’re not too dictatorial about it.)
And you want to get better. This should go without saying.
You’re independent and confident. Like this bullet point.
You’ve got a bit of experience. It’s not a numbers game but you’ve probably been a designer for about 2 to 5 years.
You’re about ideas. Pixels are important, but they’re not always what this is about but pixels are important but…
You like people. That doesn’t mean you can’t be an introvert. We like introverts. It just means that you are good at working with the rest of us, whether it’s designers, developers, producers, clients, the people who clean our office, or the ones bringing our lunch.
Hi-five if you’ve got a grasp on the technology your designs are built on, and you work well with the developers and producers who make it happen.
You’ve spent at least two to 5 happy years at an agency, a startup, in a cave, or a similar organization.
You know all about design and the tools to make design, but you get that design is really about people.
You’re eager to understand our company culture and values, and you help us maintain them. But you’re also not afraid to let our CEO know when he’s not making any sense.
You help your colleagues grow and become better versions of themselves.
You’re a punk who always shows up on time.
