Payroll Management:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of salaries.
Verify and process payroll data, including employee time and attendance, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees.

Tax Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations related to payroll.
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local tax requirements, including the accurate calculation and reporting of taxes.
Prepare and file tax reports and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize and manage HCM software to process payroll and maintain accurate records.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll software and collaborate with the software development team to enhance functionality.
Train and support users of the payroll system, providing guidance on system features and processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records of payroll transactions and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
