Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Prepare order slips on Shopify for confirmed orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Leverage your sales expertise to enhance customer experiences through upselling and cross-selling relevant products. Drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Courier Coordination: Monitor the courier dashboard daily, managing shipments and resolving any issues that may arise. Proactively communicate with customers regarding their orders and handle cancellations professionally.
Daily Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes.
Feedback Collection: Demonstrate your ability to gather constructive feedback from customers to improve products and services. Describe a time when you collected valuable feedback and how it contributed to positive changes.
