Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact the assigned list of clients for getting their requirements in time.
2. Effective Coordination with international manufacturers for getting competitive prices in minimum time via bulk emails and other communication platforms.
3. Preparing Quotation and drafting required during the business cycle.
4. Negotiations with supplier and client to finalize the business securing the benefits of both.
5. Developing new products according to the market situation
6. Developing new and competitive suppliers for the existing products
7. Promotion of Supplier/product in local market.
8. Look after/Monitoring the sales contracts/purchase orders for confirmed orders
9. Drafting of any kind of documents required during the business deals.
10. Checking of shipping documents required by the DRAP (PAKISTAN)
11. International calling and follow up for the shipments.
12. Documentation and maintenance of business records of the assigned clients
13. To take necessary action on rejected consignment of client.
14. Payment follow ups if required.
