You'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing orders, and ensuring efficient packaging and labeling processes. Your responsibilities will contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse, guaranteeing timely deliveries and maintaining high-quality standards for our products.
Timings: 10:00am - 8:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software/systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, process, and fulfil incoming orders accurately and promptly.
- Dealing with vendors & answer customers inquiries through chats.
- Monitor order statuses and address any issues that may arise.
- Properly package products according to brand standards and specific shipping requirements
- Label packages accurately with appropriate shipping labels and barcodes.
- Ensure packaging materials are adequately stocked and report any shortages.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to maintain high standards.
- Report any product damages, discrepancies, or quality issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory levels, order statuses, and any challenges faced.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a shoes industry as a warehouse executive, inventory, or logistics is Mandatory.
- The Candidate must have Knowledge about leather & Synthetic leather.
- Intermediate or Bachelors both can apply.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems/software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Market Competative Salary Package will be Offer to a right Candidate.
