System Analyst

We are looking for a talented System Analyst – with a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices; ensuring the company’s quality standards are maintained at all times.

Skills and Attributes:

Must have at least 5 years of experience, working as a system analyst for an overseas company.

You must be very proficient at translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional requirements for efficient development and project completion. Ability to prioritize workload, manage time and schedule tasks whilst remaining resilient to changing priorities.

To be successful in this role you will be process driven, have strong attention to detail, have excellent time management and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and the desire to go the extra mile.

The applicant will possess the following attributes:

· Logical & strong analytical approach to problem-solving

· Creating VISIO, UML, Data Flow Diagrams, Functional Design Diagrams, ERD, Functional Specification

· Writing and translating Business Requirements to Functional Requirements

· Learning, Researching and Embracing the required industry

· An interest in the way organizational processes work

· Pro-activeness and self-confidence

· Can handle multiple assignments and work under continual deadline constraints

Responsibilities:

· Interact directly with business-oriented internal stakeholders

· Create supporting documentation and processes for new technology configurations, customizations and functionalities available to clients

· Be comfortable navigating database & other technical visualization tools

· Liaising extensively with external or internal clients

· Produce high-level visuals and diagrams of solution designs

· Translating client (Internal & External) requirements into highly specified project briefs

· Ensure project documents are complete and placed appropriately against the defined repository

· Collaborate with the technical leads, developers and participating project teams to ensure technical detail are well communicated to relevant stakeholders

· Develop all technical documentation required in ANY development process.

· Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

Education:

BS in Computer Science
