Skyray Ventures is looking to hire a Content Manager to join our growing company!
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically. The content manager will principally manage the team of writers as well as assist in producing and publishing content, writing, editing, proofreading, and formulating content.
An eye for detail and the capacity to work under pressure are required.
Responsibilities:
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
Writing, editing, and proofreading content.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting performance reviews.
Collaborating with the client management department to understand client needs
Writing in various niches, including Insurance, Law, Business, Marketing, Trending topics across the globe, PR articles, etc.
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
Requirements:
The candidate must have
Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Communication, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
Strict adherence to the style guides of the company and its policies for writing for different niches
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, and Grammarly.
