The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Agent plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for outbound lead generation through various channels (calls, emails, social media), qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team to close.

This is a high-impact role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The SDR Agent is a key part of the sales pipeline and plays a crucial role in helping the organization meet its revenue goals.

Outbound Lead Generation
Lead Qualification
Scheduling Meetings & Handoffs
CRM Management
Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams
Reporting & Metrics
Continuous Improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B Sales: Exposure to business-to-business (B2B) sales, especially in SaaS, technology, or other B2B industries.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Cold Calling Experience: Comfort and enthusiasm with cold calling and initiating contact with new prospects.
