We are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance and support to managers in employee development and productivity
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions and employee relations issues
Conduct training needs assessments and design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role in the marketing and advertising industry
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
