Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve success with our products/services.
Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and communicate client needs to internal teams.
Educate and onboard new clients, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to use our products/services effectively.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and proactively address potential issues before they become problems.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer journey and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple clients, and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
