Under the guidance, advice and support of the Program Manager and Chief Executive will be responsible for the following:
Project Manager will serve as a focal person to carry out project activities, achieve desired project milestones, and report to CEO
Lead the project planning, and implementation of activities and action plans.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing a mobilization strategy, facilitating capacity building sessions, guiding stakeholders, and assisting with administrative and logistical matters
Will be responsible for organizing meetings, collecting project data, assisting with reporting requirements, and contributing to knowledge management initiatives.
Liaise with local authorities, district Administration and key stakeholders to ensure that all the activities are implemented in line with approved project design.
Creating long and short-term project work plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to project deadlines.
Supervising and delegating task to team of project staff for the successful implementation of the project goals and objectives.
Preparation and management of project documentation, record keeping and communication.
Work with multi-functional team and develop, recommend and implement programs, based on portfolio of projects backed by both internal and external funding sources.
