Under the guidance, advice and support of the Project Coordinator, the Monitoring and Evaluation officer will play a crucial role in the project by ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes. He/she be responsible for the following:

Will be responsible for designing and implementing M&E frameworks.
Developing data collection tools, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports.
The officer will also collaborate with project teams to monitor project progress, identify key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
Will conduct frequent field visits and will develop checklist for process and progress monitoring.
Will highlight gray areas, timely share with line management and will develop a strategy and action plan for improvement.
Will develop monthly tracking sheet and monitoring calendar
Timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the line manager.
Preparation and management of project documentation, record keeping and communication.
Will be responsible to provide technical advices for project improvement.
Work with multi-functional team and develop, recommend and implement programs, based on a portfolio of projects backed by both internal and external funding sources.
