Sales Outreach Specialist

As an inbound billing call specialist, you will assist our valued clients with billing queries, payments, and account management. You'll be our clients' initial point of contact, delivering great service and quickly addressing billing-related difficulties.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Outreach Specialist in Lahore. The Sales Outreach Specialist will be in charge of performing market research, discovering potential clients, making contact, and maintaining client connections. To meet sales objectives, they must have great communication skills and the ability to operate in a team atmosphere.

Timing

Timing will be US hours

Monday to Friday 7 pm to 3 am

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers and address billing inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers with payment processing, including explaining billing statements and payment options.
Accurately update and maintain customer account information.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
