As Business Development Manager for Hajj & Umrah, your main responsibility will be to support the Business Development of the organization and selling Hajj & Umrah packages to individuals, groups, and organizations. You will work closely with the sales team and guide  in achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hajj and Umrah religious travel sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, religious institutions, and government bodies.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.

2. Overall Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of Hajj and Umrah travel services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the religious travel industry.
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and coordination.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards.

3. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, including sales executives, operations staff, and customer service representatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Address any issues or challenges within the team promptly and effectively.

4. Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business development and operational strategies with the company's goals.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances in the religious travel industry.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development and operations management, preferably in the religious travel sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Hajj and Umrah travel industry, including knowledge of religious and cultural considerations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement effective business strategies.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the travel industry.
